For the best experience and services we need some preparations to organise the right Set-up and usage of the studio. Please inform us about your wishes, needs and requests.
We always treat our guests and clients the way we want to be treated. So we want to take care of you the best we can, ourselves and we need to respect our neighbours.
Because of the artworks, equipments and regarding our wish to offer you your privacy for private use we need our strict Check-in and Check-out policy.
Without notice there are NO unknown guests or strangers allowed in the studio or gallery.
All guests have full responsibility for the total use of the studio and all its facilities, including the piano. Any misbehaviour, damage or loss of any art piece, products or equipments and personal belongings are part of your responsibility.
It’s Amsterdam but we have a strict NO SMOKE & NO DRUGS policy.
In case of any misbehaviour or disrespecting our Terms & Conditions we have all right to end the collaboration, service and/or use without any refunds.
The studio is an exclusive property as well as the interior and the art. Any damage or loss will be put on your account or insurance.
By using and/or renting our studio, gallery and/or B&B you approve the Terms & Conditions , payments demands and responsibilities.
